Dear Photobucket, it's hard enough to type and copy/paste with two cats asleep on the arms, your new system is really, really not helping.
Oh, I know this horror movie ends! I was not the only one to expect the killer behind him, was I?
He dreamed of the work! Gibbs and Ziva! So, what Tony did in his dreams?
"Okay, so... So, Gibbs was there."
"Uh-huh."
"You were there, too. But Gibbs was speaking with an Israeli accent. You sounded like Jimmy Palmer."
"I'm not completely comfortable with the fact that you had a dream about me."
"Well, it's not like I can control it."
"You're not making me feel any better."

Ohoh, working Tony. Strange hair-do.
"Get these down to archives ASAP. They've been asking for them for three months. "
"Okay."
"Agent McGee-- probationary agent to be-- good morning."
"Looks like Tony."
"Doesn't sound like him."
"What are you up to, Tony?"
"Just catching up on some old paperwork."
"I think we're being set up for something."
"Then we should just ignore him."

"Let's ignore him." *start talking and poking him* Oh Timmy :D You could at least pretend to resist.
Ziva kept the Israeli flag. Hey, who replace Vance while he's in the hospital?
"Old paperwork, huh? Boy, that sounds fun. Hey, maybe you can do some of my expense reports for my Canadian trip, huh?"
"Got in early. Had some time to kill. Also, there's a get-well card for Director Vance in there. You can sign it when you get the chance."
"Huh? Last time you did an expense report for me, you reclassified my meals as livestock feed."
"Well, that was a little childish."
"Yeah, I was audited."
"Well, I guess that makes us even."
"Great. Then I don't need to hear about it, whatever it is."

Oooh, and Tony helped Tim with his work! You now, after knowing why Tony is like that, it's interesting to see what he does and for what it means sorry, like the problems his joke brought to Tim.
Bree is on NCIS now?

"Any idea where he is? Right. That is what we're going to find out." Oh, Timmy.

"I suggest we canvass the local takeouts. It looks like the petty officer was eating in a lot."
"Good idea."
"It was actually Agent McGee's suggestion."
"Good idea."

Timmy wants the bad jokes. He and Jimmy can't be the only to do them, after all.
"Let's bag it."
"Really. There's a giant feathered turkey laying in the fridge, and that's all you're going to say?
"What am I supposed to say?"
"Well, I don't know. Maybe something like... 'What do turkeys eat on Christmas? Nothing-- because they're already stuffed.'"
"You feeling all right?"
"Yeah! Are you?"
"Fine."
Hey, McGee was the first to ask if Tony was okay! After all, Tony is a mix of competent and class clown, and the excess of one side is not normal.Or because he's an insensitive self-centred jerk who want the lives of everyone to fit his ideals and is pissed off against Tony for disturbing his status quo, obviously.

"The files are heavy and I need someone with strong arms."
"So long, Mr. Professional."
"Hm!"
"You know, I think I'm just going to stay here. I'm sure... Agent McGee can help you."
And his strong arms.

Professional Tony is nice change, though.

Awww, asking for the movie reference he pretends to not like. Seeing how he wanted to play when McCadden was there, I'm 90% sure his remark about not liking the references (or a good deal of his discussions with Tony) is just for the pleasure to be contrary.
You know, like someone liking to argue just for the pleasure to argue, especially with Tim, because this someone knows Tim will play his game eventually.

"Uh, well, I was just... I was saying how it's also possible that the, um... uh, disappearance has nothing to do with the trial at all. Or... does."

Gibbs about Facebook!
"Facebook?"
"Yes, Jethro, Facebook."
"Uh, that's that thing that...some people do things with."
"The term is "social networking.""

Bwahahaha! Jimmy! Nice of him for using the turkey's language to talk to it.

Dancing Abby! So cute!

"It's the National Wild Turkey Federation DNA Database. They really need a new acronym."
"Turkey DNA database?"
"I know. It's a wonderful time to be alive, Gibbs."

"Perhaps Abby's sending us on a wild... Oh, never mind."

"The second warning said they weren't hugged enough as a child."

Tim wants the normal Tony back. Even Gibbs is watching to see what Tony is going to do.
"Reminds me of..."
"Reminds you of what? Reminds you of an old fraternity prank? A Halloween movie?"
"I know what you're doing."
"And I know what you're doing."
"What am I doing?"
"I don't know. But it's bugging me to such a degree..."

Ziva and McGee are still playing the competition game, thinking Tony is playing too, like the three always do.

"You know, my-my parents raised us to forgive and forget. But all I want right now..."
"Payback."
"Justice."
…McAbby anvils too, now?

"Good job. Again."
"Thanks, boss."
"You feeling okay, DiNozzo?"
"Never felt better."
"Hmm."

Abby is warning Tony Jerry could guess his feelings for McGee.

The killer look upset by the photos of the girl he killed.
Awww, he put a photo of Shannon and Kelly! He's bringing the good memories back!
Jerry is kind of annoying. And missed what the lack of photos of Kelly could mean.

…Did Ducky have an absence? Is he okay?

Bwahaha! He's just overwhelmed by his fangirls. Love Tim's smile at that.

Aww, poor Jimmy.
"Good work, Duck."
"Actually, I'm the one who-who did... Good work, Dr. Mallard."
I love Ziva and McGee together.

The problem with tight jeans, putting the keys in the pocket.

Just in case, the last lines kind of make clear they're worried about Tony being unTony, not bothered by him being competent and overshadow them.
"Well...the joke's getting kind of old, isn't it?"
"I no longer think he's joking."
"Look, Tony is a great investigator, don't get me wrong, but the closest he likes coming to filling out paperwork is renewing his Maxim subscription."
"I know. Which is why I'm growing so concerned."
"You know what, actually I am, too. He gave me half his French fries at lunch."
"One of us has to confront him."
"And tell him what? Why aren't you acting like a 14-year-old anymore?"
"I was going to say more like a 12-year-old, but yes."

One of my favourite shot:

Oh Jerry, shut up. I don't like when a character plays the shipper on a show. If at least if was pushed to every combinations, or if Jerry was just pretending to bother people, it'll feel less fanservicy.
…but it's not how you play the remote game :( Did Tony think Ziva and McGee were really bothered or hurt by how many times he beat them with the informations? Because it's just the game you all play!

Oh, Tony! So that's Michael's favourite Tony moment.
"Thanks. I was getting a headache."
"Really? This is usually your favorite part. Getting to watch reality TV at work, as you call it."
"Well, people change, Ziva."
"Yes. But...not that quickly. And yet, here we have this...New Tony, who arrives early, stays late, turns down advances from beautiful women, and has not made a single joke in the past... What? Two days!"
"I haven't? Are you sure? Well, we are in the middle of a case."
"Has not stopped you before."
"Well, it's stopping me now! And I'm sorry if you're losing sleep over it, but I can't be responsible for everyone's feelings."
"Everyone. For example..."
"You. And McGee. And the Brenda Bittners of the world-- everyone!"
"Brenda."
"Yeah. Bittner. The girl who posted online that we were in a "committed relationship" last year."
"Yes. Yes, but if I remember correctly, the only thing you were committed to was a one-night stand."
"That's right. I just found out that she checked herself into a depression treatment facility or something, after she wrapped her car around a tree. Nice one, huh?"
"And do you feel responsible?"
"No. I mean, I barely knew the girl."
"I'm just saying. Well, clearly she was a troubled woman."
"That's clear now, isn't it?"
"Still, it must be, um...unsettling to think that you didn't notice at the time. Especially since your job is to help people who are in trouble."
"I don't know why this has gotten under my skin like this. I mean, of all things. Maybe instead of having a mid-life crisis, I'm having a mid-life crazy."
"Look, you are not crazy. Okay? You are just... growing up. And some lessons are more painful as we grow older, when the stakes are higher. But... you need to find balance. And yes, yes, yes, yes, you need to treat people more respectfully, especially when it comes to matters... of the heart. But you need to be... who you are."
"Who am I?"
"You are... Tony DiNozzo, the class clown. That is why we love you."

Aww, McGee wanted to have a serious talk with him too. And that's not something he does easily. Curious how Tony avoided answering him. So he refused the discussion and didn't tell if there was a problem or if he's okay now.
"Listen... Tony..."
"Not you, too."
"Ziva talk to you already?"
"And?"
"And I think the hearing's over."

"How'd the victim's brother take it?"
"He wasn't there."
"Really? Trial notes says he's been to every single hearing."
"Yeah, I read that one, too."

"I can't give you her life back. Okay? But maybe I can give you yours."
"Well, Merry Christmas to me."

McGee, your dreams are interesting.
"Another dream about work, McGee? Please tell me I was not in it."
"You weren't, but your knives were. What do you think that means?"
"Well, I do not want to speculate."
It depends of who and how the knives were used. Singing and dancing knives?

OMG Jerry made Jimmy cry !?! I like him even less. McGee warned him to stay away of Jerry? I wonder what Jerry told McGee.

Bwahaha! Tony! Who did his hair like before. And worked/talked with Jerry, so he at least got a good experience with him. Ziva took her gun out!!

"Too much?"

Happy holidays!
