Maybe your dad just couldn't find the right way to tell you. It doesn't excuse him, but at least it may be more to do with thinking about you than not thinking about you, if you see what I mean.

I'm still more looking forward to NCIS: LA than NCIS itself (which makes me kinda sad), but we shall see. I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised.
