If it helps, I've now been on holiday for 4 weeks and I'm still waking up most days around 7. Today I managed to go back to sleep until 8. TRIUMPH!

It's like if the body remember the days of school when it sucked to wake up early during the week but cool the weekend to play and it didn't realise we discover the fun of sleeping late.

Or it's a sort of sentient sadist being waging a war against the brain. Or vice-versa.
