they are so a family! And Sarah should have either been there, or there should have been mention of why she wasn't from Tim. Maybe in a deleted scene: "no, Sarah went off with some friends skiing" or "Sarah's not talking to me at the moment because I broke off our plans" or whatever.

Also, if Tim and Tony continue their slow slide into becoming more obvious as time goes by, they so will be sharing a kiss on screen or be shown making out on top of Gibbs' desk or something. I mean, that's almost the only way it CAN get more obvious.
