I think you make a good point about Tony. I really think writers are making a mistake when they try to pair him with Ziva but he does love her platonically and he'll want her to be happy, I think he'd ship Ziva/Damon whole-heartedly, once he's sure Damon won't be eaten alive. We all know Tony is afraid of a little pussy...cat.
