Harry Potter

This one was difficult. Principally because I think we don’t have the right to know the end. But I obtained this, and I love the idea that my theory could be the good one, moreover with the rumour of the 6th book’s title (the pillar of Storge, storge means familial love, roughly resume). So, Harry Potter:

Past

What the cards said: Lucky find/supervision or spying, spontaneity.

What I think: Can’t say that Harry thinks before act. Lucky find could be his luck, maybe the charm who protect him. The supervision/spying, first, I was surprised because it looks opposed to the lucky find, but I think that it show the protection and the surveillance from Dumbledore, Figg, and the MOM.

Present

What the cards said: Result/reward, secret meeting, tactful attention/gifts, infatuation/burst of enthusiasm.

What I think: Wheee! 5 years resume in 4 expressions. Infatuation? Cho. Secret meeting? DA. Result and reward? Every battles against Voldie & Cie and the Quidditch. Gifts? The map, the cloak, the photos album, his mother’s love. Tactful attention? Hagrid, Luna, Neville and every person he helped or protected.

Future

What the cards said: Surprise. Misfortune, moral and physical affliction or old age. Family, blood ties OR ties of the Spirit, linked with the hope/youth, expectation that will later on be realized.

What I think: Well, the surprise, which could be an unexpected arrival, I can’t know what is it. But I find fun that Snape has the same card in the same moment. Or you could see the affliction to mean his wounds of war (if he lives. And I think that he’ll live) or you could see the proof that he’ll live enough to be old. He’ll find a new family, a family for him (it means, not the Weasley). The expectations, I see 3 of them:

---Auror.
---Family reunion (in the Death/ Erised Mirror).
---“when he had be young, Harry had dreamed and dreamed of some unknown relation coming to take him away” (PS, end of chapter two).

Personally, I think it’s the third, because we have hope, youth and family. Oh, and the card of the hope is the royal flower, the lys. Sorry, in English, it’s Lily… *whistle*.

I have a question for possible English people who could read this. Expectation that will later on be realized., does it mean something? It’s how it’s written on the book, but it looks strange.

Next one, Draco Malfoy.

Good idea for the Tarot reading ;).
I completely sumbled upon your journal because I am madly in love with your name (not to mention it brings back tons of happy memories filled with little blue men '_~)

As for the English question (Hey, I'm French-Canadian, but I think I have it) it would basically translate to: "Des attentes qui se réaliseront". And I'm pretty sure it does make sense.
