Spoilers Miller's Crossing.
John pushed someone to sacrifice himself to protect Rodney.
Rodney can enter in John's room whenever he want without knocking or raising an eyebrow.
John doesn't stop for eating until he find Rodney.
That was wonderful.
You know, someone, I don't remember who, propose the triangle, John loves Rodney, Katie loves Rodney, Rodney is convinced he loves Katie when he really love John. I could almost believe it's canon. You can't deny that John really love Rodney. Like a friend love a friend, of course.
Ronon and Rodney have the same food relationship.
NiD guy! WALTER! Walter and his jokes. And he dares to stop Ronon of eating. Without paying for it. Because Walter is awesome. And I think it's the most dialogue he ever had in 10 years in SG universe.

As Joe Flanigan said, John is a pretty pretty psycho princess. This would be proof positive of that fact.
