I totally forgot it was Valentine's Day! Exclamation mark!
I'm someone really timid, and who have some difficulty to talk feeling. Not to the point to do John's fanon-Quarantine-reaction, but, to give an example, when my sister told me she was pregnant, my outside reaction was a smile and "Cool. I have work to do.", while my inside reaction is "Wheeee! Cute toys! Teddy Bears! I'm writing a story just for her! What do you mean you don't want her to have too many pink things? I'm her aunt and godmother, I'm so going to give her something reaaaaalllly girly. And some of this toys really, really noisy. And initiate her to geek and slash worlds when she'll be old enough!"
So I don't say enough how much I love my flist, or simply comment enough. Hey, I'm not a lurker for nothing! So, which better day to catch up?

The years of fun in HP fandom, which helped me to leave my shell. Okay, only to the doormat, but it's better than nothing! I think to aim for the mailbox this year.
The wonderful fanarts and fanfics and fests! The discussion before and after each books. The theories. The crackfics.
The epilogue. Yes.
This person who made a comment in F_W about the jealousy fit of Rodney in Sanctuary which made me pay closer attention to SGA, and remind me the days of SG1, before I knew Lj and the slash. (Oh HP fandom, you taught me so much about this side of the world. Where else would I learn the real definition of squick?)
Repeating the fics and fanarts would be, well, repeating, but, penguins! Flower porn! AU!
David Hewlett and Rodney McKay. The Hair. The perfection that is Teyla. The boyish joy of Ford. This melange of youngish happy puppy/lethal warrior of Ronon. The Czech muttering of Radek.
The random theme-comments-fics days. The picspam. The constant squee (okay, maybe this one is because I avoid the negative review.). So many good authors.
I'd love to give names, but I know I won't remember everyone, and I don't want someone to be "...and me?" when s/he's in the list but I couldn't remember the name.
The constant talk of Dr Who, which pushed me to look for it, and fall for Martha and Torchwood, and Ianto. And Lost. And House.
Knowing that I'm not the only one who like to squee on the season 6 of Charmed/Chris/Drew Fuller.
And this constant talk of Heroes and SPN, and I had to see because damnit, which one is Dean, and which one is Sam? And spent weeks to convince my brain that I was wrong, Sam is the taller.
The meta of this two fandoms! And more people who prefer Sam to Dean.
Love for the evil pie, Sam's nose, Ruby and Bella, and most of all, Bobby.
I'm forgetting the vidders, some fanvids even made me cry.
Thanks you (and love you) all for the books you showed me. Without you, I would never know about Good Omens or Discworlds. Or Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
