Cupcakes and NCIS bears. They said it was for the birthday of one actor: Cote and Brian did their the same day, and it has a McGee bear as cake topper, so it's probably for Sean's party. The idea for the bear agents came from the client, who do you think it was? CBS, Sean, someone else?
